We’ve learned, from experience, that you better watch out if you have your little siblings wrap a gift for you. The reason being, they might write embarrassing, funny things on your gifts. For instance, one year, Tess wrapped a gift from Ben to one of the girls, and on it was written: “To (name), from Ben. I love you.” There’s absolutely nothing wrong with loving your sister, but brothers just usually don’t SAY that!

Then you have Monday night, when Joe opened his gifts. On one from Ben, Tess had wrote, “To Joe, from Ben, you are my favorite brother I love you.”

My favorite though is the one Rase wrote on his own present. He must think 18 is ancient because he wrote (on his gift to Joe last night), “To Joe, you are 18 RIP”.
