I hope your mom had a wonderful birthday! Looks like she did. Mom read me the post your dad put on her blog. How sweet!
As to answer your comment…. under 15 because 1) I think they are still little girls and shouldn’t be focuses on their looks in that way just yet 2) to not have to be accustom to wear it at such a young age and 3) in the world we live in where 9yos are dating we should try to keep their innocence and their girlhood as long as we can.
