All Things Anne

Saturday was the tea party the M. girls and us girls put together. It was a lot of fun. Joe didn’t want to go (he and the boys went to Wendy’s) to take pictures, but fortunately he let Beth take pictures with his camera!

Of course, we didn’t only get pictures of the baby.

Don’t worry, Eric didn’t come to the girly tea party…he and the boys came for cleanup afterwards.

And, we got some pictures of most of the girls that came. (A few girls had left, there were twenty girls total I think, plus their moms.)

Then we took a pic tallest to shortest. Left to right; Suzanne, Emily, Char, Beth, Jessica, me (with Elle Jane), Tierney (who didn’t stand up straight!), Kate, Torri, Em, Tess, Katriel, and Abby.

We played a few games, ate yummy food, talked to very cool girls, and drank lots of tea!

We decided next time…the boys should serve us. ^_^ (Let’s say, they aren’t too keen on that!)

Last year, just the M. girls and us had the tea party at our house. The boys were banned to the outside. What the big boys did was lift Ben’s pickup on jacks and take pictures pretending Ben was lifting it. The other thing they did was tell the little boys us girls had cooties. What the little boys promptly did was come to the open front door and inform us we had cooties!

The big boys promised to take the little boys to Burger King and the airport (to watch airplanes) last year. The big boys forgot this. The little boys didn’t. “We’re going to Burger King and the airport!” the little boys kept saying. They went to Albertson’s and Wendy’s though and had just as much fun, I bet!
