Leftover Condiments
- Shake a little water in with the last of your ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, ketchup, or mustard, and dump into meatballs or soup.
- Venison is naturally leaner than beef. Use lots of dressing in it to make it wetter.
- When opening a bottle of vanilla, instead of tearing the whole cover off, simply poke a small hole in the foil with a toothpick or the tine of a fork.This makes for a more precise measurement, since it squirts easily. This technique also works well for honey or syrup, but with a bigger hole.
