If You Lose A Tape, Do The Right Thing
Once upon a time, there was a girl named Anne, who had a tape. This was a cassette tape, folks, not Scotch tape, and it was a Christmas album of Elvis’. This girl liked it, but it was really annoying to her brothers, who don’t like Elvis, so she usually played it when they weren’t around. But that’s besides the point.
The point was, she’d lost this tape. First she asked the boys if they’d perhaps taken it and “accidentally” hidden it. They insisted they hadn’t. (Knowing them, Anne wasn’t too sure she should believe them.)
Anne looked all over for the tape. She searched her desk, where the stereo was kept, everywhere but one place.
Folks, if you lose a cassette tape, do the right thing.
Check the cassette player.
‘Nuff said.

Well, I found it like the day after. ;) I’d played it some already before I lost it, though!
