I d/l’d Gimp last night and am already making my first tutorial. *shakes head*

Anyway, due to popular request (not really…it was actually a product of my own boredom and a challenge), I made a GIMP version of my marble tutorial.

If there’s any troubles, just give me a holler.

EDIT: I found out a new way to do the grayscale step in GIMP. I’ll try it out, weigh the differences, and put the easiest up.

I put up a new tutorial, Marble. It’s for Paint Shop Pro 7, but I’m sure it could be translated to any program with layers. It’s a pretty simple concept, but I think I didn’t write it well enough. If you take it and find that it could be improved, by all means, please mention it!

No, not really. It’s a pixel barn, and it’s going to go on my next blog layout. It’s going to be pretty detailed…since the loft is on, you can’t see all the stuff in the lower part. The barn is done; now I need to do the house.
